Mentored by the renowned Jiggs Kalra, it takes Indian cuisine to a global level while maintaining its authenticity. Dishes such as Amritsari Halibut, or Ground Wagyu Beef scotch eggs sit comfortably alongside Dal Chawal Arancini and Shawarma Biryani, each masterfully spiced and creatively presented. The cocktail menu at Farzi Café is inspired by India’s ancient Hindu past and the interaction between Ayurveda and Vedic astrology – a blend of carefully selected tinctures, herbs and spices are used to highlight each of the 12 cocktails – including 3 non-alcoholic – on its bespoke Vedika Menu. A selection of small producer wines, including select fine vintages by the glass, with beers from Indian craft brewery, White Rhino, rounds off our drinks offering.
